I'm an online health and fitness coach and exercise scientist. In 4 weeks, I assess your training, nutrition and recovery and build you a personalized plan to help you reach your health goals.
My approach to health and coaching is holistic, applying everything from my exercise science degree (physiology, anatomy, behavioral psychology, nutrition and strength & conditioning) to comprehensively audit your health and get you progressing towards your goals.
Jad Sahyoun Exercise Scientist · BSc, Concordia UniversityThe plan is built around whatever you have access to. Full gym, dumbbells at home, or a hotel room when you're on the road. We go through this on your intro call and your program is built around it.
No. We go through your schedule on your intro call. If you're on the road 10 days a month, your training plan accounts for that. Hotel gyms, bodyweight workouts, eating out. A plan that doesn't fit how you actually live will fail no matter how well it was designed.
It's broader. A personal trainer is there to run your sessions in person. I hold a university degree in exercise science, covering physiology, anatomy, nutrition, and behavioral psychology. Not a weekend certification. The program covers training, nutrition, and recovery together, fully remote, and works around your schedule.
The workouts are built around the time you actually have. If you have 3 hours a week, that's what the plan uses. The daily check-ins are through text and take about 2 minutes. The two coaching calls are 30 minutes each, scheduled around your time.
We get on a call to go through what went well, what didn't, and figure out how to set you up for success going forward.
Yes. During our first call, I learn what they want to improve and build their coaching plan around their goals, experience and current routine.
That is completely fine. They can choose when to book their first call, and their coaching period will not begin until we officially get started together.
No. I speak with them directly about their training, nutrition, recovery and goals, so you do not need to collect or share any personal information on their behalf.
Yes. If they are not happy with their coaching at any point, I refund the current month in full. No questions asked.
At the end, we review their progress together, discuss what worked and outline how they can continue moving forward with clarity and confidence.
